Date: 14th September 2023
Time: 12:30-13:30 BST / 13:30 CEST
Location: Online via Zoom

Vidyamala Burch OBE will be speaking about From Fighting to Flourishing – Managing Chronic Pain in the Workplace.

The Mindful Workplace Community kindly invites the eamba Community to this special event.

Vidyamala is the co-founder of Breathworks – an international mindfulness and compassion charity. She’s also a mindfulness and compassion teacher, award-winning author, speaker and coach, as well as an ordained Buddhist.

Vidyamala began teaching her mindfulness approach for managing pain and illness following a personal experience of living with health challenges having had spinal injuries and surgeries in her teens. She practiced mindfulness and meditation as a way to manage pain and found the results to be life-changing and transformative.

Her mission now is to help people living with pain, illness or other life challenges to feel more empowered by sharing tools and knowledge she has acquired over the years as well as her own inspiring journey of becoming a global leader whilst living with a spinal injury.

Secure your space now and join us for what we’re sure will be a brilliant talk while gaining some simple mindfulness and breathing ‘hacks’ from Vidyamala that can be practiced anytime and anywhere to bring about greater ease.
This event is free to MWC annual paying members. Non-paying followers, non-paying members and guests – including BAMBA-Registered Teachers – are welcome to attend at a cost £ 15,00 or donation. You can buy your ticket on this site.
