The theme of the retreat is “Change changes change – A Path of Attentional Bodifulness”. We will use our somatic familiarity with the feel of practice to explore the worldviews, the soil, within which these practices take root, grow, and evolve most fully. The fundamental assumption of the Yogic World is that everything changes. The retreat is an invitation to experience this fact directly. Buddhist practices can be viewed as the response to the truth of change.
