The Manchester Mindfulness Festival is an independent, not-for-profit event.
It aims to serve the community with a comprehensive programme filled with highly informative mindfulness-based talks and workshops.
If you are thinking of organising your local mindfulness event but don’t quite know how to start, or you simply want some extra motivation, this session might be helpful to you.

Christoph Spiessens, the founder of the Manchester Mindfulness Festival, will be sharing the blueprint he created for this festival that has attracted participants for three years in a row.

Now, the eamba Community can benefit from the lessons learned.

DATE / TIME:  Wednesday the 6th of March, 2024 at 19:00 – 20:00 CET / 18:00 – 19:00 UK Timezone.

Zoom connection communicated with confirmation of your registration.

Making mindfulness more easily available to everyone and inspiring ripples.
The festival enables many connections, leading to the creation of community initiatives, creative partnerships, and other projects based on the social application of mindfulness, a practice that often appears as me-centric due to its inward focus but can significantly contribute to a more inclusive world.

The festival is entirely not-for-profit and all proceeds from ticket sales go towards covering event costs, with any profit reinvested in next year’s event which is planned on  Saturday, October the 19th, 2024.

Join Christoph Spiessens and the eamba Community to get inspiration for the creation of your local festival.
