Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, please notify us asap via retreat@eamba.net. For all cancellations, a € 25 fee applies. Cancellations received up to 8 weeks before the start of the program are entitled to a full refund (minus admin costs; up to 4 weeks before the start, a refund of 50% of the fee. For cancellations 4 weeks or closer before the start no refund is possible. It is possible to have a colleague participate in your place - after previous consultation and agreement from the teacher(s).

PRIVACY POLICY & GPDR
The registration of your data is subject to data protection. Your data will only be accessible to the Eamba team for organizational purposes, and to the teacher. Your data will not be sold or passed on to third parties. All persons with access to these data commit to keeping them confidential. EAMBA treats your data with care. After the retreat the data needed by the retreat teacher will be deleted. Only your name and email address will be saved to update you on eamba Retreats.
