This conference was a rallying call for diverse perspectives on the relevance, significance, and potential of mindfulness in our world, in these times. The world and our society are going through significant changes.
In 1979 the question was how to deal with stress. We have come a long way, now the question is how to change our view and the framework of our actions. The sincere hope being that this conference would really change minds and open us to new ways of seeing mindfulness in direct relation to transformation, justice, and liberation for all.
Together we explored the role of mindfulness in response to the many possibilities and challenges we face today.
Whether you participated in the conference or not, you are welcome to join this collective reflection.
Please register here. Zoom link provided upon registration.
Time: Friday the 20th of September, 19:00 – 20:30 CEST.
