The Power of Forgiveness
Just as we can develop mindfulness or kindness, we can also cultivate forgiveness. With this in mind, Joyce Cordus and Frits Koster have developed the Mindfulness-Based Training in Forgiveness (MBTF).

Join Joyce Cordus and Frits Koster for this eamba Exchange gathering on May 6th at 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM CEST.
Zoom
Meeting ID: 891 7819 7830 | Passcode: 183987

MBTF focuses on forgiving yourself, asking for forgiveness, and forgiving others.
We do this on an individual level, in relation to groups and communities, and in relation to the increasing polarisation in the world we live in. Attention is also given to all kinds of dilemmas and difficulties that can arise as we open ourselves to forgiveness, and how we can learn to compassionately relate to these difficulties as well.

The training is of a non-religious character and is scientifically researched. See www.traininginforgiveness.com for more information.
All are welcome, familiarity with mindfulness practice is however recommended.

During the online exchange, we’ll introduce some aspects of (self-)forgiveness through a guided meditation and an interpersonal exploration via breakout rooms in Zoom. We will then briefly review the content of the MBTF and share experiences and explore comments or questions from participants.
